First Annual Quri-Bowl of In-Store Super Bowl Merchandising

On Sunday while over 130 million Americans were kicking back and enjoying the big game, Coldplay, Beyonce, and $5 million TV commercials, Quri hosted its own game of in-store merchandising execution.

The first ever Quri-Bowl harnessed the power of our Retail Intelligence Technology to follow the merchandising presence of brands including Bud Light, Michelob, Doritos, Tostitos, Skittles, Snickers, Mountain Dew, Pepsi, and Coke. Quri analyzed merchandising performance in both primary and promotional display shelf locations across 1,200 grocery stores for the 7 days ending Saturday, February 6, 2016.

In the spirit of the big game celebration, we gamified the insights by linking quantified merchandising execution excellence quarter-by-quarter to touchdowns and field goals for these brands that we tracked.
